<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95-107539.
<br /> Carla Heathershaw Risko, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a

<br /> You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
