<br />All Platte River accretion lands in Section 23, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th
<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which are located south and southeasterly of the

<br />Commencing at a point where the West line of Government Lot 2 in Section 23, Township 9

<br />proceeding downstream in a northeasterly direction in the Crane Trust Channel for the following
<br />three (3) courses: N 44 °17'41" E a distance of 1365.11 feet; N 73 °30'12" E a distance of 1200.10
<br />feet; and N 81 °15'55" E a distance of 1214.18 feet to a point, which point is located north of
<br />Government Lots 2 and 3 in Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and which point is the point of termination, and
<br />All Platte River accretion lands in Sections 23 and 24, both in Township 9 North, Range 12 West
<br />of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which are located south of the following -
