All Platte River accretion lands in Sections 23 and 24, both in Township 9 North, Range 12
<br />West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which are located south of the
<br />following - described line:
<br />Commencing at the point where the South right -of -way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 80
<br />intersects the West line of Government Lot 2 in Section 23, Township 9 North, Range 12
<br />West of the 8th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and assuming the West line of
<br />Government Lot 2 in said Section 23 as bearing S 00°26'44" W, and all bearings contained
<br />herein being relative thereto; thence S 00 '26'44" W, on the West line of Government Lot 2
<br />in said Section 23, a distance of 328.78 feet to a point on the northerly high bank of the
<br />Middle Channel of the Platte River, such Middle Channel of the Platte River being depicted
<br />on the original U.S. Government Surveys of Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th
<br />Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, and Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th
<br />Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, respectively; thence leaving the northerly high
<br />bank of said Middle Channel of the Platte River and proceeding S 22 E a distance
<br />of 2157.06 feet; thence S 44°17'41" W a distance of 255.41 feet to a point, which point is
<br />on the thread of the stream of the channel of the Platte River located north of Government
<br />Lots 5 and 6 in Section 26, and Govemment Lots 5 and 6 in Section 23, all in Township 9
<br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska (such channel
<br />of the Platte River located north of said government lots being hereinafter referred to as
<br />"the Crane Trust Channel "), which point Is the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence
<br />proceeding downstream and In a northeasterly direction in the Crane Trust Channel for the
<br />following three (3) courses: N 4417'41" E a distance of 1365.11 feet; N 73°30'12" E a
<br />distance of 1200.10 feet; and N 81 °15'55" E a distance of 1214.18 feet to a point, which
<br />point is located north of Government Lots 2 and 3 in Section 24, Township 9 North, Range
<br />12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and which point is the point
<br />of termination.
