<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated �

<br /> December 6, 1988, executed by Red Rooster Sales Co., in which Five Points Bank is named as ����
<br /> Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of �
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #88-106745, on the 121h day of December, 1988 �
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br /> Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br /> mentioned as follows:
<br /> The easterly one-third (1/3) of Lot Seven (7), the westerly two-thirds (2/3) of Lot Eight (8), and the
<br /> westerly one-third (1/3) of Lot One (1), all in Block Fifty-four (54) in the Original Town, now City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without�varranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legaily entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
