<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />All that part of Cleburn Street (now vacated), lying between the north line of Fifth
<br />Street and the south line of Sixth Street in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Fractional Lot 4, Block 13, Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br />its complement Fractional Lot 4, Fractional Block 7, Rollins Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />All that part of the alley (now vacated) in Block 13, Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying between the Easterly line of vacated
<br />Cleburn Street and the Westerly line of Elm Street.
<br />SUBJECT TO GRANTEE's agreement to use the premises only for recreation, commerce and
<br />housing and those other uses ancillary thereto and for no other uses. This covenant is binding
<br />upon Grantee, it's successors and/or assigns for a period of fifteen years following this conveyance.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the GRANTEE
<br />that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of said real estate and that it is free from encumbrance except
<br />covenants, easements and restrictions of record; that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same; and that GRANTOR warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
