<br /> relate f�a health, safety vr en�ironment� protec�on; (c} "Eri�iranmer��c� C�ear�up" inc�udes any response
<br /> activn, �medial activn, ar remv�al �ti�an, as defined in En�ironmental Law; and (d) an "�nvirnnmentar
<br /> Coru�itian"means a con�ition�at can cause, �vn�ibute ta, or oth�rwise tirigger an En�ironmenta� �l�anup.

<br /> which ad�ersely affects the �a�u� vf the Property. If Borrower learns, or is nvt�fied by any gavernmental or
<br /> regulatory aut�ority, ar any pri��#e par�.y, tha��ny remo�al ar ather remediatinn nf any Hazandous Substance
<br /> affecting �� Praperty is necessary, �orrovWer shall prnmpt�y t�k� all nec�ssary rernedia� actions in

<br /> Envir+anmental Cieanup.
