HANNON ( "Grantor ") and <br />0 FRANCIS C. HANNON and CONNIE C. HANNON, husband and wife ( "Grantees "). <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the real estate legally described as Lot One (1), <br />Hannon Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, hereafter referred to as the "Cody Hannon <br />Property "; and, <br />WHEREAS, Grantees are the owners of the real estate legally described as Part of Lot <br />Six (6), Island; and Part of Lot Two (2) and all of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Island, and the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4 NW1 /4) and part of the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter (SW1 /4 NW1 /4), except 14.39 acres for State right -of -way, all in <br />Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, hereafter referred to as the "Francis Hannon Property"; and <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the mutual covenants of the parties hereto and for good <br />and valuable consideration, the Grantors and Grantees desire to enter into this Perpetual <br />Drainage Easement. <br />1.
