rt <br />rt <br />0 <br />0 <br />(or as attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof) (the "Property ".) <br />Grand Island NE 68803 <br />Return this recorded document to: <br />Charter West National Bank <br />714 N Diers Ave <br />1 <br />or, FAX COPY TO: <br />REAL ESTATE RETENTION AGREEMENT <br />For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth in this document: <br />"FHLBank" shall refer to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, located at One Security Benefit PI, Suite 100, <br />Topeka, KS 66606. <br />"Member" shall refer to Charter West National Bank (FHLBank's Member), located at <br />714 N Diers Ave, Grand Island NE 68803 <br />"Borrower" shall refer to Marvin M Reyes Morales and Herminia Machuca de Reyes , located at <br />1223 W 10th St, Grand Island NE 68801 <br />For and in consideration of receiving direct funds in this amount Three Thousand and 00/100— Dollars($ 3,000.0 (the <br />"Subsidy ") under the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), which is governed by 12 U.S.0 1430(j), 12 CFR Part <br />1291, and the AHP Implementation Plan (the Rules). The Subsidy is provided to Borrower as a grant, subject to <br />the five -year retention described herein. There is no obligation to repay the Subsidy, except as further described <br />in this Agreement and there is no interest on this grant. <br />This Agreement shall be properly recorded, at Borrower's expense, with respect to: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), Fairview Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />Revised February 2015 <br />
