CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />GARY E. SHOVLAIN AND LINDA E. SHOVLAIN, as tenants, ASSIGNOR, does <br />hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to <br />Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $96,000.00, the Lease dated June 1, 2000, wherein Union <br />Pacific Railroad Company is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the following - <br />described premises: <br />360 North Walnut Street, Grand Island, NE, more specifically described <br />on attached Exhibit A <br />It is understood that if the Assignor pays said indebtedness of $96,000.00, with interest <br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that <br />this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force <br />nor effect. <br />DATED: June 30, 2000 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />GARY E.
