ALVARADO and REINA CRISTINA ALVARADO, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a <br />Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated October 1, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 0200313166, and dated October 1, 2003, and recorded <br />October 2, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />0200313167, have been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim <br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deeds of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
