<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor
<br />Trustee under the Deeds of Trust executed by JOSE A. ALVARADO and REINA CHRISTINA
<br />ALVARADO, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY,
<br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />dated October 1, 2003, and recorded October 2, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200313166, and dated October 1, 2003, and recorded October 2,
<br />2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200313167,
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by
<br />JOSE A. ALVARADO and REINA CRISTINA ALVARADO, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated October 1, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 0200313166, and dated October 1, 2003, and recorded
<br />October 2, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200313167, have been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deeds of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of
<br />Reconvevance.
