<br /> �rdinances,court orders,attorney generai opinions or interpretive letters concerning the public health,�afety,
<br /> we�fare,en�ironment or a hazardous substance;and�2�Ha�a�dous Substanc�means any toxic,radiaactiW�or
<br /> hazardous material,waste,pollutant or contaminant which has characteristic��+rhi�h render th�sub�tance
<br /> dangerou�or p�t�nt�ally dangerous t�the public health,safety,r�+relfare ar�nvironment.The terrn in�ludes,
<br /> without limitation,any substances defined as"hazardous material,""toxic substances,,'"ha�ardou�waste"or

<br /> D.T�u�tor shall immediately notify Benefi�iary in writing as soan as Trustor has reas�n to belie�e there is
<br /> any pending or thr�atened in�estigation,�iaim,or pra�eeding r�lating ta the release or threatened
<br /> relea�e�f any Ha�ardou� Sub�tanc��r the rriolatian of an�r En�ironrnental Law,
<br /> 1 S, C�NDE1�11NATlON.Trust�r�ill give Beneficiary prampt notic�of any pending or threatened act�an,by
<br /> private or pu bl i�entitie�t�purchase ar take a ny�r a II of the P roperty throu�h c�ndemnatian,em i n�nt
<br /> damain,or any other means.Trustar autharizQs Beneficiary t��ntervene in Trustar's name in any of the
<br /> aba�e descr�bed a�tions or claims.Trustor ass�gns t�Ben�fi�iar�the pro�e�ds of any award�r claim far

<br /> i 9, lNSURAN�E.Trustor shall keep Prop�rty insur�d against lass b}�fire,flood,theft and other hat�rds and
<br /> ri�ks reasanably associated with th�Prapert�r due ta its type and�ocation.Thi�insuranfe shall be maintained
<br /> in the arnaun�s and far the periods that Beneficiary requires.What Benefi�iary requires pursuant to the
<br /> pr��eding t�o s�nten�es��n�hange during�h�term of th�Secured Debt,The insuran���arrier pra�iding the
<br /> in�uranc�shall b�chosen by Trustar subje�t to Ben��i�iary's approval,v►►hi�h sh�ll n�t be unreasonably
