HANSON, CHRISTINE A. WRIGHT and PAUL B. HANSON being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state that: 1. Imogene F. Hanson created the Imogene F. Hanson Revocable Living Trust by Agreement dated May 5, 1995, as amended November 26, 2007 and June 25, 2013 (the "Trust Agreement ") wherein she designated her husband, Richard E. Hanson as the initial Trustee of the Trust; 2. From the date of the creation of the Trust until June 25, 2013, Richard E. Hanson has served as Trustee of the Trust; 3. Under date of June 25, 2013, Richard E. Hanson submitted his Resignation of Trusteeship resigning as Trustee of the Trust due to his declining health and his desire not to continue with the responsibility for managing the trust property; 4. Under date of June 25, 2013, Imogene F. Hanson executed the Second Amendment to the Trust, accepting the resignation of Richard E. Hanson as Trustee of the Trust and designating Richard C. Hanson, Bradley D. Hanson, Christine A. Wright and Paul B. Hanson as Co- Trustees of the Trust; 5. By joining in the execution of the Second Amendment to the Trust, Richard C. Hanson, Bradley D. Hanson, Christine A. Wright and Paul B. Hanson have accepted the trusteeship of said Trust and have agreed to administer said Trust in accordance with the terms of said Trust Agreement and the laws of the State of Nebraska; 6. Affiants are currently serving as Co- Trustees of said Trust and the Trust grants Affiants as Co- Trustees all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; 7. ARTICLE X of the Trust Agreement grants to any one (1) of the Co- Trustees the authority to exercise all powers granted to Co- Trustees under Section 30 -3881 of the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code as though each of said Co- Trustees was the sole Trustee of the Trust and that all third parties may rely upon the signature of any one (1) of the Co- Trustees in connection with the exercise of the aforesaid powers; 8. Imogene F. Hanson died on March 30, 2015 and as a result the Trust has become irrevocable; 9. The Trust is in full force and effect and as of the date hereof Affiants are serving as Co- Trustees of the Trust; and
