0 (D = 2 rk 5,1 oo t N n In Pathway Bank Trustee Thomas A Emerton President AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: Pathway Bank PO Box 428 Cairo, NE 68824 / TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by N Richard Hadenfeldt, husband, and Janice E Hadenfeldt, wife Grantors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated August 1, 2013 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded August 13, 2013 as Instrument No. 201306553 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $250,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follow: A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section 4, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Comer of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence Southerly along the East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) a distance of 2,505.65 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence westerly along the South line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) a distance of 1,738.23 feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 30'50" and running Northerly a distance of 2,525.80 feet to the North line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4); thence Easterly along the North line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) a distance of 1,738.23 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 100.386 acres, more or less.
