<br /> E�ent of De�ault. The wvrds "E��nt of Default" mean any of the e��nts of default set forth in this Deed vf Trust in

<br /> Guaran#o�r. The word "Guarantar" means any guarantor, surety► ar accommodativn party of any ❑r al� of the

<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from Guarantor to Lender, including without limitativn a
<br /> guaranty of all or part of the Note.

<br /> mobile homes a�fiixed on the Real Prvperty, facilities, additians, replacements and other construction �n the Real

<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principa�, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payab�e und�r the Note or Related Documents, together with all renewafs of, extensivns of, modifications of,
<br /> conso�idatians afi and substitutions for the Nate ar Related Documents and any amounts expended or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender ta drscharge Trustor's �bligations or expenses incurred t�y Trustee ar Lender to entarce Trustor's
<br /> vbligations under this Deed of Trust, tvgether with interest on such amounts as pra�ided in this Deed of T�ust.
<br /> Specifica�ly, withaut limitation, Indeb�edness includes the future ad�ances set forth in the Future Ad�ances
<br /> prv�ision, tagether with all in#erest thereon and all amvunts that may be indirectly secured by the
<br /> Cross-Collateralization pro�Esion of this Deed of Trust.

<br /> Praperty. The word "Praperty" means colfecti�efy the Rea1 Prvperty and the Personaf Property.
<br /> Real Property, The w�rds "Real P�vperty" mean the real prape�-ty, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Ralated Dacumen#s. The words "Related ❑ocuments" mean all promisso�y notes, credit agreements, ioan
<br /> agreements, en�ironm�ntal agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, co!lateraf mortgages, and a!� other instruments, agreements and do�uments, wheth�r naw or hereafter

<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all p�esent and future rents, re�enues, in�am�, issues, rvyalties, profits, and
