<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Michael A. Panowicz and Patricia M. Panowicz, Husband &
<br />Wife, Trustor, to The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth,
<br />NE Beneficiary, dated June 9, 2006 and recorded on November 3, 2006
<br />and recorded as Instrument No. 0200609870 of the record of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Partial Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and
<br />in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76 -201):
<br />Lot One (1), A and E Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Two (2), A and E Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
<br />HOWEVER, the Trustee reserves and excepts from this
<br />reconveyance its rights to the remaining real estate as described
<br />in the Deed of Trust, which shall continue to be subject to the
<br />terms of the Deed of Trust.
