Box 127 <br />Hildreth, NE 68947 <br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Michael A. Panowicz a /k /a Mike Panowicz and Patricia M. <br />Panowicz a /k /a Patricia Panowicz, Husband & Wife, Trustor, to The <br />State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE, Trustee, for the benefit of <br />The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE Beneficiary, dated <br />December 18, 2013 and recorded on December 19, 2013 and recorded as <br />Instrument No. 0201309828 of the record of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that <br />this Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and <br />in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, <br />as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed <br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76 -201): <br />Lot One (1), A and E Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lot Two (2), A and E Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises. <br />HOWEVER, the Trustee reserves and excepts from this <br />reconveyance its rights to the remaining real estate as described <br />in the Deed of Trust, which shall continue to be subject to the <br />terms of the Deed of Trust. <br />Dated this 1 day of April, 2015. <br />The State Bank <br />Q R' .. <br />STATE OF ` tEBRASK : <br />COUNTY OF FRANKLIN <br />ss. <br />GENERAL NOTARY -State of Nebraska <br />NANCY MtETZNER <br />*town.
