<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 15, 1992 and executed by First Baptist Church of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />entered February 7, 1992 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 92- 101019, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), and Nine (9) in Block Four (4) o f
<br />.G.
<br />Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />"4 of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />r- or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
