Jennifer L. Tricker was appointed as successor Trustee on March 26, 2015, as evidenced by the filing of a Substitution of Trustee in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, on March 30, 2015 as Instrument No 201501891. Maynard A. Lif died on May 20, 2014. Marilyn M. Lif, also known as Marilyn M. Ellis Lif, died on December 26, 2014. Dean A. Lif became the successor in interest, and the Beneficiary, when he was appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Marilyn M. Ellis Lif by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska in Case Number PR 15 -4 on January 9, 2015.
