<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Ninth Judicial District of the State of Nebraska,
<br />within and for the County of Hall, wherein Alvin A. Avery, Plaintiff, and SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A,
<br />Defendants, at the 2014 regular term of said Court, Alvin A. Avery, did obtain a Decree of Foreclosure
<br />finding that there is due from SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A to Alvin A. Avery for principal, interest, and
<br />costs the total sum of $1,766.92, plus additional interest from November 19, 2014, 2014 at the rate of seven
<br />cents ($.07) per day; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was then and there further ordered in said action that in default of the payment of the
<br />sum so found due by the said Hall County District Court that Jerry Watson, Sheriff of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to
<br />law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, Jerry Watson, Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />under and by virtue of the said Decree of Foreclosure and Order of Sale to him duly directed, did, on the 1 P
<br />day of February. 2015, at the Hall County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, having first
<br />given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication as required by law in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in circulation in said County of Hall, State of Nebraska, sell said
<br />premises at public auction to Alvin A. Avery for the sum of $3.001.00 which sale was afterward, examined
<br />and confirmed by the District Court, and Jerry Watson, as such Sheriff, required to convey the premises
<br />in fee simple to Alvin A. Avery.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jerry Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall as aforesaid, in consideration
<br />of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the Decree of said Court, do hereby give,
<br />grant, and convey to Alvin A. Avery, his heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, the following
<br />described property, to wit:
<br />The Easterly Nine (9) Feet of Lot Five (5) and also the Westerly Twenty-eight (28) Feet
<br />of Lot Six (6), in Block One Hundred Forty-seven (147), of Union Pacific Railway
<br />Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted
<br />and recorded; being a rectangular tract of ground having a frontage of Thirty-seven
<br />(37) Feet on East Yund Street and a depth of One Hundred Thirty-two (132) Feet, in
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />with all appurtenances thereto.
