<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RANDY L
<br />HIATT AND SHERRI L HIATT HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 3, 1999
<br />and recorded SEPTEMBER 21, 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 99109292 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />ALL OF FRACTIONAL LOT FIVE (5) AND THE WESTERLY EIGHT AND TWO TENTHS
<br />(8.2') FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT FOUR (4) IN RUFF'S ADDITION, AND ALL OF
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT FIVE (5) AND THE WESTERLY EIGHT AND TWO TENTHS FEET
<br />(8.2') OF FRACTIONAL LOT FOUR (4) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) IN
<br />SCHIMMER'S ADDITION, BOTH ADDITIONS IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
