<br /> conditian that adversely affects the va�ue of th� Prvperty. The preceding two sentences shall nnt apply to t�e
<br /> pre5ence, u�e, or storage vn the Frvperty of small quantities of Hazardous Substances that are generally recognized
<br /> to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of the Praperty �including, but not lirnit� ta,

<br /> acrian by any go�ernmental�r regulatQry agency or pri�ate party in�ol�ing the Prap�r#y and any Hazardous Substance
<br /> �r Enviranmental Law of which Bonower has actua�knowled�e,�U)any En�ir�nmental Condition, in��uding but nat
<br /> li�m�ted to, any sp�l�ing, leaking, discharge, release or threat vf rel�ase of any Hazardous Substance, and�c} any
<br /> condition caused by the presence, use or release vf a Hazardaus Substance wh�ch ad�ersely affects the�a1ue af tt�e
<br /> Property. �f Borrower learn.s, or is na�ified by a.a�ga�ernm�ntal ar regu�at�ry authar�ty, ar any pri�ate party, that
<br /> any rema�al or other remediatian af any Hazard�us Substance af�'ec�ing tb.�Pr�perty is n�cessary, Borrower shall
<br /> promptly tak�all necessary r��edia�actians in accQrdan�e with En�ironmental Law. Nvthaing herein shall create any
<br /> abliga�ioa on Lender for an Enviranmental Cleanu�.
