DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

<br />DORIS DUBBS, DECEASED, "GRANTOR ", conveys and releases the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76-

<br />An undivided one - sixteen (1/16) interest in and to:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), Block Twenty -Three (23), College
<br />Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record,
<br />to the following GRANTEES, as tenants in common, in the following
<br />shares:
<br />An undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest to JERENNE GARROUTTE
<br />(being a 1/64 interest in the entire Lot 15 above);
<br />An undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest to LUCINDA BETHUNE
<br />(being a 1/64 interest in the entire Lot 15 above);
<br />An undivided one - twelfth (1/12) interest to DAVID L. DUBBS
<br />(being a 1/192 interest in the entire Lot 15 above);
<br />An undivided one - twelfth (1/12) interest to DEANNA L. HUFF
<br />(being a 1/192 interest in the entire Lot 15 above);
<br />An undivided one - twelfth (1/12) interest to AMY M. DUBBS
<br />DENSINS (being a 1/192 interest in the entire Lot 15 above);
<br />An undivided one - twelfth (1/12) interest to MICHAEL MONK
<br />(being a 1/192 interest in the entire Lot 15 above);
<br />An undivided one - twelfth (1/12) interest to DOUGLAS HALL
<br />(being a 1/192 interest in the entire Lot 15 above);
<br />An undivided one - twelfth (1/12) interest to PATTY WAGONER
<br />(being a 1/192 interest in the entire Lot 15 above).
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
