<br />LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, in a Trust
<br />Deed from Daryl Weekly and Deann
<br />Weekley, husband and wife, dated April 1,
<br />1999 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on April 6, 1999 as Instrument
<br />No. 99- 103549, the Beneficiary of which
<br />Treat=
<br />Association, ND, does hereby notify the
<br />above -named persons of a default in said
<br />Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was grant-
<br />ed upon the following- described real
<br />estate, situated in the County of Hall and
<br />State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT ONE (1), ORCHARD SUBDIVI-
<br />SION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />and that a breach of the obligation for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as
<br />'security has occurred-in that the grantors
<br />saiddeed have failed, neglected and
<br />refused to make -the payments on said
<br />note which Trust Deed was given to
<br />secure, which became due on the 1 st day
<br />of September, 1999 and thereafter, and
<br />that there is now due upon said instrument
<br />the principal sum of SEVENTY NINE
<br />THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY
<br />EIGHT DOLLARS AND NINETY FOUR
<br />CENTS ($79,668.94) together with inter-
<br />est thereon from the 1st day of August,
<br />1999, at the rate of 9.95% per annum
<br />together with accruing taxes and advance -
<br />ments.
<br />You are further notified that the
<br />Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be
<br />sold such property to satisfy the afore -
<br />mentioned obligation.
