Bank N.A. <br />(H) <br />(1) <br />(J) <br />pa <br />\.V'c's <br />Lender is a National Association <br />organized and existing under the laws of The United States Of America <br />Lender's address is 4801 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Mr. Thomas Locher <br />Trustee's mailing address is 2002 Douglas Street, 200 The Omaha Club, Omaha, NE 68102 <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated 04/01/2015 . The Note <br />states that Borrower owes Lender Eighty -Three Thousand Two Hundred and 00 /100ths <br />Dollars (U. S. $ 83,200.00 ) plus interest. Borrower has promised to pay this debt in regular <br />Periodic Payments and to pay the debt in full not later than April 01, 2045 <br />(F) "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property." <br />(G) "Loan" means the debt evidenced by the Note, plus interest, any prepayment charges and late charges due <br />under the Note, and all sums due under this Security Instrument, plus interest. <br />"Riders" means all Riders to this Security Instrument that are executed by Borrower.
