<br />Deed of Trust executed by Contryman & Associates Properties, A Partnership , as Trustor to Heritage Bank,
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of March 18. 2004 and recorded March
<br />22 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200402734
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust
<br />in the following:

<br />The South Twenty-four and One -Half (24 1/2) Feet of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Block Forty-five (45), in the Original Town of Plum Creek,
<br />now City of Lexington, Dawson County, Nebraska. AND
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Eighty-five (85), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. AND
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One Hundred Six (106), in Railroad Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
