<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust Company,
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deeds of Trust executed by Contryman & Associates Properties, a
<br />Partnership , as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of May 1, 1998 and December 1, 1998 and March 12, 2001 and
<br />recorded May 4, 1998 and November 30, 1998 and March 19, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 104175 and 98- 111676 and 0200102113 has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust
<br />in the following:
<br />Tract 1: Lots 1 and 2, Block 106, in Railroad Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. AND
<br />Tract 2: Lots 3 and 4, Block 85 in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. AND
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Eighty-Five (85), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Beneficiary requests the Trustee to reconvey the real estate described above to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
