<br />Galen E. Stehlik, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust Note recorded as Document No.
<br />0202003072, wherein Elizabeth Joan Apfel, Gerald H. Rainforth and Rosemary Lee McLey, as tenants in
<br />common, Beneficiaries by such instrument, and in consideration of payment of the debt in full, receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to D. Dean Rainforth, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2S W 1 /4), the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4SE1 /4), and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(S W 1 /4NE 1 /4) of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; (except 10.8 acres, more or less,
<br />conveyed to Roberts Construction Co. by deed recorded in Book 138, Page 229; and
<br />except 10.83 acres, more or less, conveyed to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded
<br />in Book 135, Page 575, and except 1.1 acres, more or less, conveyed to the State of
<br />Nebraska Game and Parks Commission by deed recorded in Book 157, Page 542),

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning
<br />at the northwest dorner of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4); thence running southerly,
<br />along and upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4), a distance of One
<br />Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety -Four (1,394.0) feet; thence deflecting left
<br />123 ° 36'25" and running northeasterly, a distance of Nine Hundred Seventeen and
<br />Eighty -Four Hundredths (917.84) feet; thence deflecting right 33 ° 27'15" and running
<br />easterly, a distance of Nine Hundred Eighteen and Fifty -Seven Hundredths (918.57)
<br />feet; thence deflecting left 92 ° 47'00" and running northerly, a distance of Eight

<br />feet to the point of beginning and containing 38.323 acres, more or less, of which,
<br />1.048 acres, more or less, is presently occupied by public road right of way.
