(or as attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof) (the "Property ".) <br />r te, <br />-- =a <br />— ca r , <br />C - n <br />9) <br />Return this recorded document to: <br />Exchange Bank <br />1204 Allen Dr <br />Grand Island NE 68803 <br />or, FAX COPY TO: <br />REAL ESTATE RETENTION AGREEMENT <br />For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth in this document: <br />"FHLBank" shall refer to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, located at One Security Benefit PI, Suite 100, <br />Topeka, KS 66606. <br />"Member" shall refer to Exchange Bank (FHLBank's Member), located at <br />1204 Allen Dr, Grand Island NE 68803 <br />"Borrower" shall refer to Jorge Fregoso -Tribe and Marcela Garcia - Lopez, husband and wife , located at <br />304 W 10th St, Grand Island NE 68801 <br />For and in consideration of receiving direct funds in this amount seven thousand five hundred Dollars($ 7,500.00) (the <br />"Subsidy ") under the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), which is governed by 12 U.S.0 1430(j), 12 CFR Part <br />1291, and the AHP Implementation Plan (the Rules). The Subsidy is provided to Borrower as a grant, subject to <br />the five -year retention described herein.
