(or as attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof) (the "Property".) <br />C <br />D <br />w <br />; T, <br />Return this recorded documenFto: <br />Home Federal Savings & Loan Assn of Grand Island <br />PO Sox 1009 <br />Grand Island NE 68802 <br />or, FAX COPY TO: 308 -382 -6338 <br />REAL ESTATE RETENTION AGREEMENT <br />For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth in this document: <br />"FHLBank" shall refer to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, located at One Security Benefit PI, Suite 100, <br />Topeka, KS 66606. <br />Home Federal Savings & Loan <br />"Member" shall refer to Assn of Grand Island (FHLBank's Member), located at <br />221 S Locust St, Grand Island NE 68801 <br />"Borrower" shall refer to Alexander F Batenhorst and Katie L Batenhorst, Husband and Wife , located at <br />112 W 19th St, Grand Island NE 68801 <br />For and in consideration of receiving direct funds in this amount Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($ 7,500.00) (the <br />"Subsidy") under the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), which is governed by 12 U.S.0 1430(j), 12 CFR Part <br />1291, and the AHP Implementation Plan (the Rules). The Subsidy is provided to Borrower as a grant, subject to <br />the five -year retention described herein. There is no obligation to repay the Subsidy, except as further described <br />in this Agreement and there is no interest on this grant. <br />This Agreement shall be properly recorded, at Borrower's expense, with respect to: <br />Lot Twenty Five (25), Block Five (5), Morris Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Revised February 2015 <br />
