<br /> the foll�vvin�substan�es:gasoline,k�rosene,other flammable or toxic petrvleum�rodu�s,to�ic pesticides
<br /> and herbicides,�alatile solvents,materials�ontairiing a�sbestos or farma,l�iehyde,and radioactive mater�als;
<br /> �b} "Environmenta.l Lav�"means federal laws and lav�s of the jurisdietion wh�re the Property is l�cated
<br /> that relate to health,safety or environmenta�protection; ��� "Environmental Cleanup" in�ludes any
<br /> response action, remed�a�action,or remova�action,as def�ned in Er�vxronmental Lav�; ar��l(d} an
<br /> "Enviranmental Condition" m�ans a conditian that can cause,contribute to,�r otherwise trigger an
<br /> Envi ronmenta� �le anup.
<br /> Borr�v�er shall not cause or�ermit the presenc�,use,disposal, storage,or rel�ase of any Ha.�ardous
<br /> Substances,or threaten ta release any Hazardous Substances,on or in the Property. Borrov�rer sha11 not
<br /> do,nor a11�w any�ne else to do,anything affecting the Propert��a}that is in violation of any Environrnental
<br /> Lav�,�b)which creates an Environmental�ondition,�r(�}�vh�ch,due to the presen�e,us�,�r reiease of
<br /> a Hazardous Substan��,ereates a�onclition that adversely affe�ts the value of the Pro�erty.The pr��eding
<br /> t�o sent�nces shall not apply tv the pres�nce,use, ar stara.ge on the Propert�of sma�I quantiti�s af
<br /> Ha�ardous Substances that are�enerally recngnized ta b�appro�riate to norma�.residential uses and t�
<br /> maintenance of the Praper�y��n��uding,but not�imited to,ha�axdous substar�ees in consumer products�.
<br /> Borrav�er sha.11 promptly give Lender written natice of(a)any inv�stigation,�laim,d�mand,la�suit or
<br /> other a�ction by any go�ernmental or regulatory agency or private party inv�lving the Property and any
<br /> Ha,�ardous Substan�e or En�ironmental Lavv of which Borrawer has actual kr�o�vledge, (b} any
<br /> En�iranmental C�r�dition,in�luding but not limited t�,any spillir�g,leaking,discha�ge,release or threat
<br /> �f release of any Ha,zardous Substance, and(�}ar�y condition�aus�d by th�presen��,use or r�l�as��f
<br /> a Ha�ardous Substa,nce wh�ch adversely a.f�ects the value of the Property.If Borrov�er learns,or is not�fied
<br /> by any g�vernmenta,I or regulatory authority,flr ar�y private party,that any remaval or other rem.ediation
<br /> of any H�ardous Substance a.ffe�ting the Proper�is necess�,ry,Borrovver sha11 promptly tak�a11 necessaxy
