<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JACK L.
<br />DUNNE AND ANNA MARIE DUNNE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to OLD REPUBLIC
<br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of JAMES S.
<br />REED AND PRECIOUS A. REED, the beneficiary named therein, dated August 7, 1995
<br />and recorded August 7, 1995 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 95- 105298, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />The Southerly Fifty -Seven (57) feet of Lot One (1), in Block Seventy One (71), in Wheeler &
<br />Bennett's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
