DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GEORGE A AND JODY J
<br />POULLOS, HUSBAND AND WIFE , to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated NOVEMBER 3, 2000 AND DECEMBER 4, 2000 , and
<br />recorded NOVEMBER 14, 2000 AND DECEMBER 11, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in DOCUMENTS #0200009933 AND #0200010715 of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2616 COTTONWOOD RD, GRAND ISLAND, NE
<br />68801. THE REAL PROPERTY TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER IS 400083566.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
