Anderson f/k/a Amy B. <br />>'' Rathje and Damon Anderson, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />,j consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Manuel H.
