Said <br />Deed of Trust was filed for record on August 24, 2007 at Instrument <br />#0200707277 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, <br />National Association on December 20, 2010 by assignment recorded on <br />December 22, 2010 at Instrument # 2010009569 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature <br />of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as <br />they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that <br />because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed <br />is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice <br />of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor may make payment <br />to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. of the amount needed to bring this <br />obligation current.
