<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated October 2, 1992, executed by Cooney Properties Inc. and
<br />Roland E. Reynolds, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #92- 108682 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 7th day of October, 1992.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), PACKER & BARR SECOND
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated October 2, 1992, recorded as
<br />Document #92- 108682 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned
<br />has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 4th day of January, 2001.
