Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 (referred to <br />below as "Lender "). <br />ASSIGNMENT. For valuable consideration, Grantor hereby assigns, grants a continuing security <br />interest in, and conveys to Lender all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the Rents <br />from the following described Property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: <br />The North One -Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4) and the Southwest Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter (SW 1 /4NW 1 /4) in Section Twenty (20), in Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, containing about 117 acres <br />more or less; EXCEPT certain tracts more particularly described in Book 17, Page 439 and <br />as Instrument #82- 004206. <br />ALSO All of a strip of land of varied width, upon and through the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NW1 /4NE1 /4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Nine (9) North, and <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., formerly known as the right -of -way of the St. Joseph <br />and Grand Island Railway and containing 1.60 acres more or less; <br />AND ALSO All of a strip of land of varied width, upon and through the North Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Nine (9) North and <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., formerly known as the right -of -way of the St. Joseph <br />and Grand Island Railway and containing 1.60 acres more or less. <br />The Property or its address is commonly known as FARMGROUND IN HALL COUNTY, NE. <br />
