<br />RELEASE OF RENTAL PROPERTY REHABILITATION LIEN
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein; I or we, hereby
<br />release the lien of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND 52/100
<br />DOLLARS ( $22,300.52), executed by JERRY L. SIMONDS AND JUANITA M.
<br />SIMONDS, husband and wife, to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal
<br />corporation hereinafter usually referred to as "City" of the second part, on the following
<br />described property, to -wit:
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block ninety -eight (98),
<br />Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Which is recorded as document No. 95- 106054 in the records of the County of Hall, and
<br />State of Nebraska.
