HOCH <br />REVOCABLE INSURANCE TRUST DATED JULY 13, 1983 AS AMENDED JULY 12, <br />1986, AUDREY B. HOCH, a single person; HARRY A. HOCH, JR. and <br />JANE CLAIRE HOCH, husband and wife; and MARTIN A. HOCH and JUDY <br />ANN HOCH, husband and wife, ( "Assignors ") hereby irrevoczbjy as- <br />sign, transfer, convey and deliver all of Assignors' right, title <br />and interest in and to that certain Permanent Rights Agreement <br />between Union Pacific Railroad and H & H Partnership, a Nebraska <br />general partnership, dated December 1, 1994 and recorded in the <br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- <br />109687 pertaining to a tract of land comprising a part of the <br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (ShNW'k) of Section Twenty <br />(20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th <br />P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more par- <br />ticularly described on the attached Exhibit "A" unto HOCH, INC., <br />a Nebraska corporation ( "Assignee "). <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Assignor has duly executed this As- <br />signment agreement this 1st day of January, 2001. <br />HARRY A.
