<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Mortgage dated July 1, 1987, executed by Robert D. Almquist and Marcia K.
<br />Almquist, Husband and Wife, as Mortgagor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, as Mortgagee, which
<br />Mortgage was recorded as document 87- 104087 in the Register of Deeds officer of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 9th day of July, 1987 and an extension agreement for mortgage dated July 29, 1999 and recorded as
<br />document 0099107889 on the 5th day of August, 1999
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Mortgage, the
<br />undersigned, as Mortgagee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Mortgagee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
