<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Mortgage dated July 15, 1991, executed by Robert D. Almquist and Marcia K.
<br />Almquist, Husband and Wife, as Mortgagor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, as Mortgagee, which
<br />Mortgage was recorded as document 91- 104763 in the Register of Deeds officer of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 22nd day of July, 1991 and an extension agreement for mortgage dated July 29, 1999 and recorded
<br />as document 0099107890 on the 5th day of August, 1999
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Mortgage, the
<br />undersigned, as Mortgagee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Mortgagee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
