ASSIGNMENT 20010009i Pursuant to the dissolution of H & H Partnership, a Nebraska general partnership and consistent with the ARTICLES OF DISSOLU- TION OF H & H PARTNERSHIP dated December 31, 2000, H & H PARTNER- SHIP, a Nebraska general partnership ( "Assignor ") hereby irrevo- cably assigns, transfers, conveys and delivers all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain Permanent Rights Agreement between Union Pacific Railroad and Assignor dated December 1, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- 109687 pertaining to a tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (ShNW'k) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described on the at- tached Exhibit "A" unto AUDREY B. HOCH, HARRY A. HOCH, JR. and MARTIN A. HOCH, TRUSTEES OF THE HARRY A. HOCH FAMILY TRUST CRE- ATED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE VII, PARAGRAPH C. OF THE HARRY A. HOCH REVOCABLE INSURANCE TRUST DATED JULY 13, 1983 AS AMENDED JULY 12, 1986 as to an undivided 50% interest; to AUDREY B. HOCH as to an undivided 22h% interest; to HARRY A. HOCH, JR. as to an undivided 13.75% interest and to MARTIN A. HOCH as to an undivided 13.75% interest ( "Assignees ").
