The following shall constitute an Evem of Default <br /> under this Deed of Trust: <br /> a. Failure to pay any installment of principal or interest secured <br /> hereby when due; <br /> b. The sale or other uansfer to the Property or any interest of <br /> the Trustor therein; <br /> c. The failure to maintain in fiill force and er'fect all insurance <br /> required to be maintained on or with respect to the Property; <br /> d. The failure to pay property taxes or assessments upon the <br /> Property prior to delinquency; <br /> e. Action or inaction by Trustor which results in the filing, <br /> recording or attachment of a lien upon the Property superior <br /> to that of the Lender, <br /> £ The determination that any stateme�given or made by the <br /> Tnistor or Borrower in connection with azry aspect of the <br /> obligation secured hereby is fraudulem or materially <br /> misrepresentative; <br /> g. The commission of waste with respect to the Property; <br /> h.
