<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,under the
<br /> Deed of Trust dated September 29, 1994,executed by David E. Mohr and Ida L. Mohr,husband and wife,
<br /> in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded in
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as Document#94-108064 on the
<br /> 29th day of September, 1994,and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot Two(2), Eagle View Subdivision, Hall County,Nebraska

<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; n'
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
