Olson, herein called the <br />GRANTOR in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration <br />received from Grantees, Darrel R. Olson and Linda M. Olson, Husband and Wife, <br />convey to GRANTEES as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in <br />common, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Lot Seven (7), Block B, Park-View Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging to the GRANTEES forever. <br />And the GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES that the <br />GRANTOR: <br />is lawfully seized of said premises and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except covenants, easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of any one of <br />the GRANTEES, the entire fee simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving <br />GRANTEE. <br />Executed: " /," /. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this <br />by Darrel R.
