Hall County, Nebraska, which lies north of a line which is 2687.65 feet in length and which connects the east line of said Section 7 with the north -south center line of said Section 7, said line which begins at a point on the east line of said Section 7 being located 1124.00 feet north of the east quarter corner of said Section 7 and forms an angle of 85 °54'13" with said east line; AND ALSO the Easterly 33.00 feet of the Southerly 1124.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE %) of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M), Hall County, Nebraska. EXCEPT ACCRETION REAL ESTATE THERETO SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: (CONTINUED FROM PAGE 1) Grantee and its successors and assigns are restricted from building or placing any new or additional structures on the real estate. This restriction includes mobile homes or trailers built on a chassis with no foundation as well as structures, mobile homes or trailers attached to the real estate or placed on a foundation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, existing structures located on the Property, as shown on Exhibit X, Pages 1 and 2 to this Deed may be maintained, repaired, used, altered, removed and replaced in the same location, but shall not be enlarged. Also, notwithstanding the foregoing, hunting blinds with a footprint of no greater than 200 square feet may be constructed, maintained, and used on the real estate.
