<br /> nar allov�anyone else�o do, anyth�ng affecting the Praperty�a}that is in�iolation of any Environmental
<br /> Law, �b}'v�h�ch creates�an Enviranmental �ondition, ar �c)v�rhich, du��fl�he presence, use, �r release of a

<br /> ac��on by any go�ernmen�al or regula�ary agency or pri�ra�e party invo��ring�h�Property and any Hazard�us
<br /> Subs�ance or En�ir�nmen�al Lavv of which B�rrawer has actual l�nowledge, �h� any En�ironmental
<br /> Conditxon, includ�ng but not l�mited ta, any spilling, leaking, discharge, re�ease or threat�f r��ea�e of any
<br /> Haza.rdous 5ubstance, and�c} any condi�ian caused t�y the presence, use or releas�a�a�Ha.za�-dous 5ubs�ance
<br /> v�rh�ch ad�erse�y affects the va.�ue af the Property. �f Borro,tnrer learns, or is not�f ed by any governmental or
<br /> regu�atory au�hority, or any private par�y, that any removal ar a�her rem�diation of any Hazardous Substan�e
<br /> affecting�he Property is necessary, BorrQ�r�r sha11 promptly take all necessary remed�al actians in
<br /> accordan�e vvith En�ironmental Law. Nothing here��shal� create any❑b�igatian on Lender for an
