The Government loan will also be secured by the real estate described above. To induce <br />the Government to make this loan the Lender agrees that only the Lender's Promissory Note <br />dated Mari) 6 , 24 in the principal amount of $600,000.00 would hold a lien priority ahead <br />of the Government indebtedness and that all of the Lender's other existing loans to the Borrower <br />and future loans made to the Borrower which would be secured by the cross - collateralization <br />and/or future advance clauses in the Lender's Deed of Trusts are hereby subordinated in favor of <br />the Government's lien and would hold a junior lien position to the Government indebtedness on <br />the real estate described above. <br />The total principal amount holding a lien priority ahead of the Government Promissory <br />Note in the amount of $300,000.00, secured by the Lender's Deed of Trust at any one time shall <br />not exceed the Lender's Promissory Note dated /Kkcl, t , 2015 in the principal amount of <br />$600,000.00.
