<w <br />20010004o" <br />EXHIBIT A <br />TRACT 1 <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 9 North, <br />Rz:nge 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT for certain tracts of ground previously deeded to <br />Hall County or the State of Nebraska for road purposes, <br />as legally described in Deeds Recorded in Book 79, Page <br />660, Book 138, Page 3.51, Book 156, Page 414 and Document <br />No. 82- 001581, and subject further to easements and <br />restrictions of record. <br />TRACT 2 <br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 9 North, <br />Range 10 west of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT that portion previously deeded to the State of <br />Nebraska for road purposes, as shown by a need recorded <br />in Book 77, at Page 494, FURTHER EXCEPTING a tract deeded <br />to Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company, legally <br />described as follows: Commencing at a point in the <br />Southeast Quarter of said section where the We,;t right of <br />way line of Highway 281 (as part of the right of way for <br />said Highway is deeded to the State of Nebraska, by deed <br />in Book 77 at Page 494 of the Deed Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, intersects the North line of the Adams - <br />Hall County Highway bordering said Southeast Quarter on <br />the South, said point of beginning being approximately 33 <br />feet North of and 523.3 feet West of the Southeast corner <br />of said Section 36, thence due West following a line <br />parallel with and 33 feet North of the center line of <br />said Adams -Hall County Highway for a distance of 60 feet, <br />thence due North 50 feet, thence due Last in a line <br />parallel with the center of said Adams -Hall County <br />highway until said line so extended intersects the West <br />right of way lime of said Highway 281, thence <br />Southwesterly along said West right of way line to the <br />point of beginning, and subject further to easements and <br />restrictions of record. <br />
