TRACT 2 The Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 9 North, Range 10 west of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion previously deeded to the State of Nebraska for road purposes, as shown by a need recorded in Book 77, at Page 494, FURTHER EXCEPTING a tract deeded to Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company, legally described as follows: Commencing at a point in the Southeast Quarter of said section where the We,;t right of way line of Highway 281 (as part of the right of way for said Highway is deeded to the State of Nebraska, by deed in Book 77 at Page 494 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, intersects the North line of the Adams - Hall County Highway bordering said Southeast Quarter on the South, said point of beginning being approximately 33 feet North of and 523.3 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 36, thence due West following a line parallel with and 33 feet North of the center line of said Adams -Hall County Highway for a distance of 60 feet, thence due North 50 feet, thence due Last in a line parallel with the center of said Adams -Hall County highway until said line so extended intersects the West right of way lime of said Highway 281, thence Southwesterly along said West right of way line to the point of beginning, and subject further to easements and restrictions of record.
