Power of Attornev becomes effective upon disabilitv of principal: <br /> continues in effect after principal's death until notice. P�arsuant to the <br /> provisions of Nebraska Probate Code Sections 30-02662 and 30-2663, I <br /> declare that this power of attorney shall become effective upon my disability <br /> or incapacity, but not until then, and that the authority granted herein shall <br /> continue during any period while I am disabled or incapacitated. Further, <br /> pursuant to said sections, all such authority shall continue after my death, <br /> until notice of such death shall have been received by my attorney so that he <br /> has actual knowledge of the fact that I have died.
