S nber15,2017 <br />'a <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />m <br />The undersigned, Equitable Bank, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 28, <br />2012, wherein STEPHANIE A. MUHLBACH, a Single Individual, is the Trustor, which was <br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 28, <br />2012, as Instrument No. 201202425, and contains as trust property the following- described real <br />estate: <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"; <br />which is commonly known as 1617 & 1615 North Elm Street and 2805 North Broadwell <br />Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and <br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights <br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and <br />profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal <br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Universal Note secured by that Deed <br />of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Real. Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Universal Note dated <br />March 28, 2012, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the <br />terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />EQUITABLE BANK, Trustee <br />By: <br />Witness my hand and Notarial Seal the day and year last above written. <br />rend R.
